Kavaklidere, Turkey’s first and oldest private-sector wine producer was established in Ankara in 1929 and has earned the crown as Turkey’s preeminent wine producer. All of the grapes in the wines are indigenous to Turkey such as Cankaya and Narince.

The wines include:
Yakut – The best selling red wine in Turkey it is ruby red, light-bodied, refreshing and dry. The nose is filled with red berries, the taste is fresh and spicy

Bogazkere – After ageing in French oak for 12 months the result is an elegant, ruby red wine with aromas of red fruits and figs and a structured and strong taste of dried fruit.

Selction Kirmizi – Aged in French oak for one year, this wine is a brilliant red in color and has strong aromas of red fruit, spices and red currants. The taste follows the nose.

Kalecik Karasi – This special prestige wine is complex, elegant, well-balanced and has a lasting and charming aroma of red fruit.

Selection Beyaz – A very lively wine that is yellow and green in color. The nose has citrus fruits, quince and honeysuckle. The taste is strong, rich and lasting.

Narince – Subdued yellow-green in color, this white wine from the Narince grape is aged in oak which gives it it’s round, toasty flvor the is also fresh and citrus.

Cankaya – The best overall selling wine in Turkey. Cankaya is a blend of 4 grapes of Anatolia. It is light colored, elegant and full-bodied. Strong aromas of fresh fruit , citrus and flowers.

Altin Kopuk Sparkling Wine– The one and only natural sparkling wine in Turkey. The bubbles are fine, elegant and lasting. The nose is fruity, toasty and full of melon, pear and apple. and the flavors are of fresh and dried fruit.

Tatlisert Kirmizi Port - A fortified wine at 16.5% alcohol, made from one grape; Okuzgozu. It is blended with wines from different vintages that are aged in French oak. The result is a deep, dark red port with aromas of oak, red fruit, coconut and jam. The flavors of red fruits and chestnuts are intense and round.
