Cuvee Alexandra Rose – The Domaine de Rasque, in an area of Provence inhabited for over 6,000 years, sits on a grand plateau in the hills of Giono. The modern, beautiful Chateau looks out on 445 acres of clay, sandstone and chalky soil emanating from centuries old shell, coral and ancient deposits from the tropical Mediterranean sea.
87 - Sliver Medal - Produced from 50% Cinsault grapes which provide delicacy and finesse and 50% Grenache to provide body, the wine is cold- fermented in temperature controlled vats. With a pink peony color and nose of exotic fruits, the flavors of peach, nectarine and small red fruits abide. It is well-balanced, silky and fresh and is the perfect accompaniment to shellfish, grilled fish and fish with sauces as well as light meats.

Rouge, Piece Noble – Exhibiting an intense ruby, red color, this wine is made from Syrah and Grenache grapes and fermented and aged in oak barrels. It has a complex nose of spices, ripe and jammy fruit and balsamic notes. Full-bodied and lightly tannic, it has delicate, oriental spices and finishes with balance and finesse. Perfect for grilled meats, lamb and dishes which merit its strength.

Blanc de Blanc – Produced from the Rolle (Vermention) grape which provides a very aromatic flavor, the wine has a brilliant yellow gold color with green highlights and aromas of honey, acacia and spring flowers. Cold fermented in modern temperature controlled tanks, the wine is round, full-bodied and fresh to the taste, with a pleasant long lasting finish. It is best enjoyed with seafood and summer salads.
The Chateau Rasque Blanc de Blanc 05', another Rolle wine, from the hills near St. Tropez, is firmer but still refreshingly crisp.
